Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
- minimum one year of experience in fertilization and chemicals
- reliable transportation to office or first job site
- safe driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle report (MVR)
- strong communication skills
- Spanish language skills are a plus

Job Duties
- Assist in the application of chemical products and fertilization on assigned high-profile properties
- inspect properties beyond assigned areas for any issues
- complete daily pre-trip inspection reports for vehicle, trailers, and equipment
- contribute to a culture of safety by actively participating in weekly safety trainings
- follow company safety protocols and identify and report safety issues to the team
- operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain accurate records of applications and inspections
