Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to lift and carry cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly over a 10-12 hour shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, and handle product samples continuously
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
  • Reliable and predictable attendance
  • Willingness to perform cleaning and sanitizing duties
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years or older
  • Experience with audit compliance including monitoring, documentation, and variance explanation
  • Knowledge of product changeovers such as CIP, flavor changes, sanitizing, and setting formulas
  • Experience operating testing instruments like Carbo QC, HPLC, densitometers, and water testing equipment
  • Familiarity with standards of operations and SOPs
  • Skill in calibrating instruments for accurate measurement
  • Understanding of microbiology related to product sensitivity and categories
  • Experience with reverse osmosis and water treatment systems
  • Capability in troubleshooting and maintaining cooling and ammonia systems
  • Proficient with mechanical system troubleshooting, cleaning, and reassembly
  • Knowledge of sensory testing procedures involving taste, odor, and appearance
  • Basic chemistry skills including titration, pH measurement, and mixing
  • Understanding of food safety standards and certifications such as AIB
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Operate and monitor production lines to ensure efficiency
  • Remove or shift materials and/or finished products to facilitate proper flow
  • Perform tests and use special equipment to ensure package and product quality
  • Work in a team-based environment partnering with cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve efficiency
  • Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely
  • Clean equipment and work area during and after shifts
  • Maintain a clean work environment through good housekeeping practices
  • Follow process guidelines and escalate quality concerns to management
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance as necessary
  • Keep daily records of tests performed and results
  • Ensure regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
