The company embraces an inclusive culture that values diversity and equal opportunity, ensuring a workplace where everyone can contribute to their fullest potential. With a strong focus on advancing environmental stewardship and community support, PepsiCo stands out as an industry pioneer dedicated to making a positive impact on the world.
The position offered by PepsiCo involves operating equipment that blends raw materials to create beverage products to exact specifications. This role is crucial to maintaining the high quality and consistency of PepsiCo's beverage offerings. The employee is responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients following strict standards, and conducting routine tests to ensure that the resulting mixture meets specified properties and consistencies. This includes performing periodic sampling of products during bottling or canning processes to assure product quality, package integrity, fill levels, labeling accuracy, and freshness dating. The role also requires meticulous record-keeping, communication of process adjustments, and collaboration with team members to resolve any irregularities in production.
Working in this capacity demands physical stamina as the job may require lifting and carrying cases weighing between 20 to 45 pounds repeatedly over 10 to 12-hour shifts, along with continuous standing, walking, and handling product samples while seated. The individual must demonstrate keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team operating in a fast-paced production environment. Additional responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing blending and filling equipment, maintaining clean work areas, following safety protocols, and supporting cross-functional teams such as quality technicians and maintenance personnel. This role is essential to PepsiCo's commitment to ensuring that every beverage product meets the highest standards before reaching consumers. The employment type and salary details are typically determined based on location and experience, aligning with PepsiCo's competitive compensation and benefits package. By joining PepsiCo in this role, the candidate becomes part of a respected global company that values quality production, employee safety, and continuous improvement.
