Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- ability to lift 20-45 pounds repeatedly over 10 to 12 hours
- capability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- ability to handle product samples while sitting
- reliable and predictable attendance
- ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- willingness to perform deep cleaning and sanitizing of equipment
- adherence to standard operating procedures
- effective communication skills for reporting irregularities
- ability to collaborate with maintenance and production teams
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- experience with audit compliance such as monitoring, documentation, variance explanation
- experience with product changeovers including CIP, flavor changes, sanitizing, setting formulas
- experience operating testing instruments like Carbo QC, HPLC, densitometers, water testing
- experience following standards of operations (SOPs) such as procedures adherence
- experience calibrating instruments including making adjustments for accurate measurement
- experience with microbiology related to product sensitivity, Category 3 and 4 products
- experience with reverse osmosis/water treatment systems including permeated technology
- experience with cooling/ammonia systems with troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- experience with mechanical systems including general troubleshooting, cleaning and reassembly
- experience with sensory testing such as taste, odor, appearance versus reference sample
- experience with basic chemistry involving titrator, pH, dosing, graduated cylinders, mixing
- experience with food safety including AIB certification, operations prerequisite programs, UP lights
Job Duties
- operate and monitor production line to ensure efficiency
- remove or shift materials and/or finished products to facilitate proper flow
- perform tests and use special equipment to ensure package and product quality
- operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely
- clean equipment and area during and after shift
- maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices
- follow process guidelines and expedite quality concerns to management
- work with production/maintenance as necessary
- keep daily records tests performed and results
- regular, reliable, predictable attendance
