Job Requirements

  • Three years of experience in maintenance in relevant trades
  • Vocational or technical certification or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of three years with a clean driving record
  • Eligibility for a commercial driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record report
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate servant leadership

Job Qualifications

  • Vocational or technical certification or equivalent experience in related trade
  • Minimum three years experience in maintenance including plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Eligible for a commercial driver’s license
  • Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage time effectively and drive personal accountability
  • Adaptability to changing demands and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and presentation software

Job Duties

  • Perform minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, and food equipment
  • Complete routine maintenance to ensure safety and proper functionality
  • Manage work orders and routine maintenance schedules by completing and providing required written and electronic documentation such as expense vouchers, weekly summaries, maintenance logs, and work orders
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules
  • Conduct training for store associates on care and cleaning of equipment
  • Service specific food equipment including combi ovens, deli slicers, fryers, hot cases, ice makers, rotisserie ovens, bakery ovens, and tortilla makers
  • Maintain grease and oil systems including oil/water separators and used cooking oil tanks
