Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate
- Valid state driver’s license
- Positive driving history
- Minimum two years technical maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and railcars
- Ability to move and roll a 400 pound resin bed exchange
- Willingness to travel up to 10 percent
- Ability to work onsite at DEF plants
- Exposure to diesel exhaust fluid and water processing chemicals
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate
- Valid state driver’s license and positive driving history
- Minimum two years of technical maintenance experience preferred
- Basic Microsoft Office skills preferred
- Good technical skills and understanding of flow measurement equipment and systems
- Ability to use hand tools for repairing pumps and heavy equipment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage time and work independently
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
Job Duties
- Conduct daily diesel exhaust fluid blending process and collect and submit product samples
- Perform light plant maintenance such as greasing equipment, monitoring water systems, replacing filters and resin beds, and sweeping to prevent equipment failure
- Collaborate with DEF Rail Movements Specialist to schedule rail car deliveries of DEF concentrate
- Troubleshoot and assist with equipment repairs for technical and mechanical issues while maintaining inventory of replacement parts
- Ensure all safety and operational procedures are followed at blending sites
- Recommend and assist in implementing operational improvements under manager direction
- Travel to other DEF sites as necessary to conduct blending operations
