Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years in IT support or related information systems experience
  • knowledge of Rauland R5, RTLS (Versus, Centrak), Brekeke telephony SIP integrations
  • IT certifications or degrees in computer science, information systems, or related fields considered a strong plus
  • proficiency in Microsoft Server operating systems (Server 2012 and newer)
  • familiarity with database implementation and Microsoft SQL Server administration
  • understanding of network topologies and protocols such as TCP/IP and SIP
  • ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • customer service skills
  • ability to train junior team members
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • serve as primary escalation to review and coordinate network, software, and integrations issues at healthcare facilities
  • coordinate communication between customers, local service departments, and ITS during issue resolution
  • provide remote technical support for onsite technicians with network and configuration issues
  • participate in on-call rotation for remote support
  • work on hardware configurations for project deployments on R5 and R5K systems
  • coordinate status updates on assigned project tasks
  • review and adhere to SWC and manufacturer recommendations for deployment and support practices
