Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
  • At least 1 year QA testing or technical support experience for Mobile Apps
  • Physical ability to work on feet for several hours in various indoor/outdoor weather conditions
  • Experience and interest in hiking, biking, and running
  • Strong communication skills to interact cross-functionally with global teams
  • Teamwork and professional company representation
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment
  • Valid US driver's license and driving ability
  • Ability to pass driver history restrictions
  • No DUI convictions in past 5 years
  • No hit and run convictions
  • No driver's license suspensions in past 5 years
  • No more than two moving violations or accidents in past 4 years
  • No criminal record
  • Some US-based travel may be required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to create or improve processes and identify opportunities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years relevant testing or support experience
  • At least 1 year of QA testing or technical support experience for Mobile Apps
  • Familiarity with mobile and web technologies
  • Experience with organizational tools such as Google Spreadsheets or Excel
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage schedules
  • Ability to document testing results clearly

Job Duties

  • Working with CTS Project Manager and Operations Lead to intake, document, staff, and schedule new client pilot requests
  • Writing pilot project charters
  • Documenting and validating operational workflows
  • Conducting in-field operator training and device configuration
  • Testing, troubleshooting, and resolving device and backend data/technical setup issues
  • Conducting trial runs and leading in-field data collection
  • Providing status updates and addressing technical issues in the field
  • Documenting and reporting pilot results and technical issues
  • Verifying data transfer to backend systems and following up on bug resolution
  • Participating in data analysis and recommending process improvements
