As a Team/Crew Member, you will be expected to execute assigned station duties responsibly to meet defined operational standards. This includes handling equipment and food preparation areas, conducting regular cleaning and sanitation tasks such as mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, and disposing of trash effectively. The role demands consistent attention to hygiene and safety standards to ensure a safe and comfortable dining environment for guests and employees alike.

The position requires active participation in daily operations, including stocking and moving food products weighing up to 50 pounds, making it essential that team members are physically capable of performing such tasks. Additional responsibilities also include reporting any customer or staff concerns to the Manager on Duty promptly and executing other related job duties as assigned.

Candidates should be prepared to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the nature of the food service industry’s operating hours. The work environment is physically demanding, requiring standing, bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting, often in conditions with exposure to heat, hot liquid shortening, and cold storage areas, depending on the assigned tasks and weather conditions.

Job Duties

  • Perform station duties (fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) as assigned to meet operational standards
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease pursuant to operational standards
  • Maintain regular attendance
  • Report customer or employee complaints/issues to Manager on Duty (MOD)
  • Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
