Job Description

The position available is for a Team/Crew Member who will report to the Manager on Duty (MOD). This is a nonexempt role focused on supporting day-to-day restaurant operations through various station duties including fountain and frozen desserts, food preparation, grill, drive-thru (if applicable), and front and back areas. The core responsibility is to ensure quality products and services are consistently delivered to guests at all times. This role involves performing operational tasks such as cleaning, sanitation, food handling, and customer service support, all aimed at meeting and exceeding the company’s operational standards.
In addition to the core duties, the Team/Crew Member is expected to demonstrate flexibility with shift work, including irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holiday shifts, reflecting the restaurant’s operational needs. Physical demands are part of the role, requiring continuous standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting. Employees must also be prepared for exposure to heat, hot liquids, cold freezer conditions, and varying weather temperatures.
The ideal candidate should possess basic math and reading skills, effective verbal and written communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask and follow directions precisely. General restaurant or retail experience and knowledge will be advantageous. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand, bend, reach, move, stoop, stretch, and lift regularly
- willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- prior experience in food service or retail is a plus

Job Duties
- Perform station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) as assigned to meet operational standards
- comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease
- regular attendance
- report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD
- move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds
- perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
