We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Team/Crew Leader to join our team. This role is critical in overseeing daily operational duties and providing leadership to the crew to ensure smooth and efficient service. Reporting directly to the Manager on Duty (MOD), the Team/Crew Leader will perform, lead, and supervise various station duties, including tasks at the fountain, frozen section, dresser, front and back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food preparation, and drive-thru where applicable. This position requires a hands-on leader who can assist with new employee orientation and training, enforce company policies, and maintain operational standards at all times.
The Team/Crew Leader is expected to supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties such as trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food prep areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
This nonexempt position requires a commitment of a minimum of 30 hours per week, including irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the restaurant business. The role demands excellent multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time management, and conflict resolution skills to handle the fast-paced environment effectively. Regular attendance and the physical capability to lift and move food products weighing up to 50 pounds are essential aspects of this position.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant or retail environment
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, move, stoop, stretch, and lift frequently in a restaurant environment
- Capability to lift and move food product weighing up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work minimum of 30 hours per week including irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow directions

Job Duties
- Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) as assigned to meet operational standards
- Assist with new employee orientation and training
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease pursuant to operational standards
