Job Requirements

Minimum of 30 hours per week availability including nights, weekends, holidays
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting
Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
Effective communication skills
Ability to lead and train team members
Basic math and reading proficiency
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to company policies and standards

Job Duties

Perform, lead, and supervise station duties including fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable
Assist with new employee orientation and training
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease
Maintain regular attendance
Lead shift meetings
Report customer or employee complaints and issues to Manager on Duty
Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds
Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
