Established over six decades ago, Wawa has grown to become a trusted community staple with a strong presence across various states in the U.S. Known for its fresh food offerings, including hoagies, coffee, and other quick-serve meals, Wawa continues to innovate in the retail and food service industry by prioritizing customer satisfaction and operational excellence. As a company, Wawa emphasizes creating a supportive work environment where Associates can thrive through meaningful benefits, inclusive policies, and opportunities for career advancement. Wawa takes pride in its forward-thinking culture, valuing diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout its workforce.

The Team Supervisor (TS) position at Wawa is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring each shift runs smoothly while supporting the delivery of memorable customer experiences. Serving as the senior leader during a shift, the Team Supervisor drives operational execution and makes key decisions to maintain seamless store performance. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing the demands of the food and beverage service environment by balancing customer needs, team coordination, and daily operational requirements.

In this position, Team Supervisors handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive interactions to enhance satisfaction. They coordinate efficiently between Associates, customers, and order fulfillment to maintain optimal service flow. The Team Supervisor directs team members by providing feedback, recognition, and guidance, thereby promoting productivity and strong performance standards. Safety, security, and compliance with store policies, including crisis management protocols, are key responsibilities. Additionally, managing inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures falls under the Team Supervisor’s purview.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for Associates to opt into a 4-day workweek, allowing more time for personal balance. The hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $27.00, depending on experience, position, and location. A $2.00 shift differential is awarded for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, providing additional compensation for overnight shifts.

Wawa is committed to providing reasonable accommodations during the application process to ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring environment. As an equal opportunity employer, Wawa maintains a respectful and discrimination-free workplace.
