Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sports management, business, hospitality management or related field preferred
- Experience in team operations and family services preferably in professional or collegiate sports
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environment
- Proficient in travel management software, inventory tools and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and passport required
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment up to 60 lbs
Job Qualifications

- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment up to 60 lbs
Job Duties
- Maintain consistent contact with family members and players as pertinent to communication to assist with daily concierge needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with players' family members to offer meaningful engagement opportunities
- Oversee gameday operations including attending all home games, crafting menus for the family room, creating gameday themes, and managing parking programs
- Assist with coordination of family engagement events such as community service, start of season gatherings, special celebrations, and holiday events
- Manage player and family onboarding and relocation including travel, housing, moving needs, and school enrollment
- Administer Bucks welcome program for new players and families
- Manage family communications through the Teamworks app including distributing the family weekly newsletter
- Maintain documentation of resources such as city guides, season packets, and staffing guides
- Attend and staff Bucks team events, brand activations, and selected road games
- Manage gameday credentials for players, coaches, SSC staff family members, VIP guests, and NBA agents
- Maintain calendar for family events, player appearances, and department travel
- Maintain player appearance records for off the court requests
- Participate in monthly League TPD calls and attend annual TPDD conference
- Perform other job duties assigned by the Vice President to maximize departmental efficiency and effectiveness
