Job Requirements
- Demonstrates ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- frequently bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds
- requires ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- available to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide friendly customer service by engaging positively with travelers
- operate point-of-sale system and accurately process payments
- follow food handling procedures including wrapping, labelling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checking
- perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning
- stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment
- actively cross-sell and up-sell products
- maintain solid knowledge of products and services
- follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies
- execute various assigned tasks
- utilize cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment to complete custodial tasks
- clean toilets, walls, windows, worktables, refrigerators, and other equipment
- remove trash and garbage
- sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors
- maintain clean and organized lobby and dining areas
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- load and unload supply trucks
- follow security, sanitation, and safety procedures
- interact with public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
