Job Requirements

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts including weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 10 pounds or more with assistance

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Use POS system to accurately process orders and cash transactions
  • Suggest menu items and add-ons to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain composure and professionalism in difficult situations
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol sales guidelines
  • Prepare, cook, and package wing orders and sides according to standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and front-of-house environment
