- Previous experience as a cashier, team member, and customer service

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately and provide excellent service
- assess work-related issues in a professional manner and exercise honest, non-bias judgment
- ensure safety and security of both guests and team members
- complete food preparation tasks following established procedures
- accurately handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system, making sure the drawer remains balanced throughout the shift
- maintain a clean and organized work station including equipment
- adhering to food safety guidelines
- be an expert on the menu and prepare menu items according to customer orders, ensuring quality and presentation standards
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- address customer concerns and escalate to management if necessary
- restock supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained
- adhere to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices
