Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- able to stand and walk approximately 90-95 percent of shift
- physical ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- ability to listen to guests' orders attentively
- ability to operate a cash register and read video monitors
- clear communication skills in English
- ability to perform basic math
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- adherence to Jack in the Box procedures and standards
Job Qualifications
- guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful
- comfort working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- must be at least 16 years old
- understands and communicates clearly in English
- ability to read and understand written English
- ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
- ability to perform multiple tasks at once
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- delivering excellent guest service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- preparing and cooking food items according to quality and safety standards
- maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant including dining and kitchen areas
- operating cash registers and handling customer transactions accurately
- following Jack in the Box procedures and food safety guidelines
- multitasking and managing multiple workstations efficiently
- collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth operational flow
