Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95 percent of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 15-25 pounds
  • Ability to listen to guest orders accurately
  • Ability to operate a cash register and read video monitors
  • Ability to read and understand written English
  • Must be able to perform basic math functions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in guest service or food preparation helpful
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Ability to speak another language based on location is a plus

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service in accordance with company standards
  • Prepare and handle food items ensuring quality and taste
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
  • Operate cash registers and handle guest transactions accurately
  • Follow Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and safety protocols
  • Work efficiently across multiple workstations as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
