Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95 percent of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 pounds
- Ability to listen to guest orders accurately
- Ability to operate a cash register and read video monitors
- Ability to read and understand written English
- Must be able to perform basic math functions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in guest service or food preparation helpful
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Ability to speak another language based on location is a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service in accordance with company standards
- Prepare and handle food items ensuring quality and taste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
- Operate cash registers and handle guest transactions accurately
- Follow Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and safety protocols
- Work efficiently across multiple workstations as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
