Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95% of the shift
  • capability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
  • ability to listen and respond to guest orders
  • ability to operate a cash register
  • capable of reading video monitors
  • willingness to comply with company policies including binding arbitration agreement
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in guest service or food preparation helpful
  • comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • clear communication skills in English
  • ability to read and understand written English
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
  • ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ability to work effectively within a team

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service consistently
  • prepare and cook quality food according to standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
  • operate cash register and process guest orders accurately
  • perform tasks at one or more workstations effectively
  • work collaboratively in a team setting
