Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of cast member certification program
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Legal age to sell or serve alcohol if applicable
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 pounds
Good vision including close, distance, and peripheral vision
Ability to listen effectively and speak clearly
Commitment to regular attendance and adherence to company dress code

Job Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program and progress towards box office cashier certification
Ability to perform public speaking and communicate effectively
Skilled in performing quick and accurate mathematical calculations
Ability to identify and solve problems using relevant data
Excellent communication skills with guests, co-workers, and management
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Familiarity with food safety and alcohol service laws where applicable

Job Duties

Operating POS system including handling cash, credit cards, and tickets
Up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences and concessions
Promoting the Regal Crown Club loyalty program
Ensuring compliance with the MPAA rating system and company policies
Handling guest inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Cleaning and maintaining theater areas including auditoriums, restrooms, and concession equipment
Assisting with crowd control and seating as an usher
Conducting safety and quality inspections
Reporting problems or unusual situations to management
Participating in opening and closing duties as assigned
