Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Relevant alcohol service certification if applicable
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately
- Ability to identify and solve problems independently
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to read and understand training materials
- Compliance with company dress code
- Regular and consistent attendance

Job Duties
- Operate POS system and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Upsell and suggest premium viewing experiences and concession items
- Promote the Regal Crown Club loyalty program
- Ensure tickets are sold following MPAA ratings and company policy
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and phone calls
- Prepare, operate, and clean concession equipment per food safety laws
- Manage crowd control and assist guests in auditoriums
- Conduct theater inspections and maintain cleanliness in auditoriums and public areas
- Monitor vending equipment operation and assist with opening and closing duties
- Handle emergency situations and comply with company dress code and policies
