Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or retail environment helpful but not required
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if alcohol duties apply
- Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol where applicable
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Compliance with company dress code
- Ability to work variable shifts including nights weekends and holidays as required
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Ability to perform essential duties effectively and satisfactorily
- Good public speaking and effective listening skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and error corrections
- Ability to identify problems gather data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish goals manage time and prioritize tasks
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing walking lifting up to 60 pounds and vision requirements
Job Duties
- Operate POS system including accurate handling of cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
- Upsell and suggest premium viewing experiences such as 3D RPX and IMAX
- Promote the Regal Crown Club loyalty program
- Ensure tickets are sold according to MPAA rating system and company policy
- Respond to phone calls and guest inquiries consistent with service philosophy
- Operate concession equipment and manage stock inventory including proper handling of transactions
- Comply with all relevant food safety laws and alcohol service regulations
- Inspect backpacks and packages and manage crowd control in auditoriums
- Monitor picture and sound quality and report any problems to management
- Perform cleaning duties in auditoriums lobby restrooms and other public areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management
