Job Requirements
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to handle emergency situations when called upon

- Ability to comply with food safety laws
- Ability to maintain cleanliness
- Required to be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol if applicable
- Completion of training materials including harassment and discrimination policies
- Ability to assist guests effectively
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk and hear
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl occasionally
- Visual acuity including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Completion of any legally required state or local alcohol server training and certificate where applicable
- Good public speaking skills
- Ability to listen effectively and respond clearly
- Basic math skills with speed and accuracy
- Ability to identify and correct errors
- Problem identifying and solving skills
- Ability to evaluate information and make decisions
- Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
- Ability to set goals, budget time, and prioritize
- Ability to perform under pressure
Job Duties
- Operating POS system, including handling cash drawer, credit cards, travelers checks, gift cards and redeemed discount tickets
- Up selling/suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring tickets are sold according to the MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to phone calls and guest questions in a consistent guest service manner
- Operating and cleaning concession equipment
- Handling concession stock inventory
- Complying with food safety laws
- Selling/serving alcohol with proper certification
- Tearing tickets, collecting and depositing stubs, directing patrons
- Managing crowd control and assisting guests
- Enforcing MPAA rating system
- Conducting theater inspections for picture and sound quality
- Reporting issues to management
- Cleaning auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, hallways
- Monitoring vending equipment
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
