Your role will also involve handling membership sign-ups, managing phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, processing point-of-sale transactions, and addressing any member concerns to ensure satisfaction. You will assist with billing questions and escalate issues to leadership when necessary, demonstrating your ability to manage member needs efficiently and effectively. Continuous learning is encouraged through regular training updates in the Learning Management System, keeping you up to date on fitness programs and gym operations. Moreover, where applicable, you may contribute by making and serving smoothies, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
