Job Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends with rotating schedule
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for long periods
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be at least 18 years old for most positions
- Must be at least 21 years old for Sporting Goods department
- Able to conform to scheduled work hours set by management
Job Qualifications
- General knowledge of retail product departments
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to operate computer systems and Point of Sale terminals
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Stock and organize shelves across various departments
- Operate computers and processing sales transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the store
- Answer phones and 2-way radio calls with professionalism
- Make announcements over the PA system clearly and pleasantly
- Use Point of Sale system for product lookup and inventory verification
