Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children and organizing children��s events
- Retail or customer service experience
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Capability to bend, lift, carry, and reach frequently
- Ability to safely lift heavy boxes and use ladders
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed
- U.S. legal authorization to work
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities like face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate events with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust plans based on client feedback and create backup or emergency plans
- Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards, set up and clean before and after events
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and credit card enrollments
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
- Participate in stocking, merchandising, and store recovery
- Support safety and shrink prevention programs
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures
- Maintain positive and respectful interaction with customers and team members
- Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities including sweeping and dusting
- Perform other duties as assigned
