Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to be flexible based on business needs
- Willingness to comply with appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
- Roller skate proficiently on various surfaces (Skating Carhop only)
- Ability to stand, balance, carry trays, and sweep while roller skating (Skating Carhop only)
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and smiling attitude
- Willingness to cross-train on all stations
- Team player with focus on cleanliness and safety
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- General knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred but not required
- Successful completion of SONIC Skating Training Program (Skating Carhop only)
Job Duties
- Wearing a smile to work
- Taking orders and making accurate change quickly
- Providing food service to guests with enthusiasm
- Packaging menu items and checking product quality and consistency
- Preparing drinks and ice cream treats
- Performing all Carhop duties while roller skating (Skating Carhop only)
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety according to SONIC standards
