The available role is a Team Member position that focuses on being an ambassador of the restaurant's values by providing friendly, courteous service with a genuine smile. The Team Member is responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from greeting guests, handling transactions, to food preparation and maintaining cleanliness. Working in this position means engaging with guests either at the front counter, drive-thru, or within the dining and patio areas to create an inviting atmosphere. The job involves thinking from a food safety perspective, preparing and serving signature menu items like the World Famous Chili, and supporting the team in day-to-day operational tasks including opening and closing duties. This role demands a commitment to delivering excellent guest service 100 percent of the time and collaborating effectively with team members to fulfill the restaurant's mission. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, working in a vibrant setting, and who take pride in serving quality food with care.

Job Requirements

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
