The available role is a Team Member position that focuses on being an ambassador of the restaurant's values by providing friendly, courteous service with a genuine smile. The Team Member is responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from greeting guests, handling transactions, to food preparation and maintaining cleanliness. Working in this position means engaging with guests either at the front counter, drive-thru, or within the dining and patio areas to create an inviting atmosphere. The job involves thinking from a food safety perspective, preparing and serving signature menu items like the World Famous Chili, and supporting the team in day-to-day operational tasks including opening and closing duties. This role demands a commitment to delivering excellent guest service 100 percent of the time and collaborating effectively with team members to fulfill the restaurant's mission.
