The open role is for Team Members at Kaldi's Coffee’s Medical Campus locations, where base pay starts at $12 per hour. With a shared tip pool, combined earnings are guaranteed not to fall below $17 per hour, providing a substantial incentive for customer service excellence. This position uniquely offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no night or weekend shifts, making it ideal for those seeking balance and consistency in their work week. As a Team Member, you will engage in both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities. Job Requirements
