Chick-fil-A Stonybrook and Chick-fil-A Bardstown Road are part of the renowned Chick-fil-A restaurant chain, known for its dedication to quality food and exceptional customer service. Chick-fil-A has built a reputation across the United States for serving delicious chicken sandwiches and a variety of other menu offerings while fostering a welcoming and hospitable environment. These two locations continue this legacy by striving to fulfill the company mission: "To serve great food with remarkable hospitality." This mission underpins every aspect of the dining experience, emphasizing the importance of putting people first, acting with integrity, and leading with generosity.

As an organization, Chick-fil-A Stonybrook and Bardstown Road seek to employ the very best individuals who share a passion for hospitality and excellence. Being a Hospitality Professional at these locations means embracing high standards of performance and character. It is a role designed for individuals who are dependable, coachable, servant-hearted, and trustworthy, and who bring a spirit of urgency, positivity, and professionalism to their work. Employees in this role are encouraged to think independently, solve problems creatively, and focus on future goals while delivering a superior guest experience.

The Hospitality Professional role primarily involves front-of-house responsibilities, requiring individuals to engage directly with guests in a friendly and respectful manner. Duties include taking and assembling orders, managing payments accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests experience a high level of hospitality at every touchpoint. Employees must demonstrate competency in key zones of the restaurant, such as order receiving and cash register operation, while complying with rigorous food safety and cleanliness guidelines.

This role is particularly suited for individuals who thrive in active, fast-paced environments and who are able to work on their feet for extended periods. There are opportunities for both full-time and part-time employment, accommodating students, parents, caretakers, and anyone seeking flexible schedules. The compensation ranges from $12.00 to $16.00 per hour depending on age and employment status, with additional benefits including food discounts, scholarship opportunities, 401K participation, health insurance for full-time employees, paid time off based on tenure, and guaranteed Sundays off.

Choosing to work as a Hospitality Professional at Chick-fil-A Stonybrook or Bardstown Road means joining a team that values character, chemistry, and competency. Employees are supported to grow in their roles through coaching and are recognized for their commitment to the company values and mission. This position is not just a job but a chance to be part of a professional community striving for excellence in hospitality and guest service every day.
