Job Requirements
- 1-3 years previous hospitality/kitchen experience
- ability to learn in all aspects of operation
- ability to showcase Smiling Hospitality and inspire other Team Members to do the same
- ability to challenge yourself, ask questions, work hard, and grow
- must be self-motivated and detail-oriented
- ability to be regularly present for scheduled shifts
- ability to regularly lift 50lbs, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods of time
- ability to occasionally work in hot or cold environments for extended periods of time
- must be 18 years or older
