Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as cast member and box office cashier
- Completion of legally required alcohol training and certificate if duties include selling or serving alcohol
- Ability to perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodations
- Good public speaking and listening skills
- Ability to perform accurate calculations
- Problem-solving and reasoning ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 60 pounds, and use hands effectively

Job Duties
- Operate POS system including handling cash drawer accurately
- Upsell premium viewing experiences such as 3D, RPX, IMAX
- Promote Regal Crown Club program
- Ensure MPAA rating system compliance for ticket sales
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally over the phone
- Prepare, operate, and clean concession equipment
- Manage concession inventory and comply with food safety laws
- Serve or sell alcohol if applicable with proper certification
- Inspect tickets and direct patrons to auditoriums
- Manage crowd control and assist with seating
- Conduct in-theater inspections for picture, sound quality, and safety
- Maintain clean auditoriums, restrooms, and lobby areas
- Report problems or discrepancies to management
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
