Job Requirements
- Previous fast food or quick service restaurant experience is preferred but not required
- effective customer service skills
- willingness to accomplish all quick service restaurant tasks
- desire to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment
- upbeat, positive attitude with great ability to work within a team environment
- reliable transportation
- ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- general math skills
- must be able to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift, lift 30 to 50 pounds and use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- must be at least sixteen (16) years of age

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments and respond appropriately to customer issues
- perform quick service restaurant duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter)
- operate cash register or point of sale devices as needed and use value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities
- verify the accuracy of fast food guests' orders
- prepare and package food and drink products
- clean kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas and utensils
- clean dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds
