The Team Member role at Miller Management, LLC is an hourly position focused on delivering outstanding guest service and supporting day-to-day restaurant operations. This role requires working closely with Restaurant Managers and fellow Team Members to ensure that operational standards and procedures are consistently met. As a vital part of the team, the Team Member will perform a variety of tasks across multiple workstations, including the front counter, Drive-Thru, food preparation areas, and the expediting station. The position demands a proactive approach to customer service, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle transactions accurately while using suggestive-selling techniques to drive additional sales opportunities.

They will also be responsible for preparing and packaging food and drink products while rigorously adhering to health and safety standards throughout the work and dining areas. Additionally, employees will maintain cleanliness across the restaurant, including kitchen areas, dining rooms, restrooms, and exterior grounds. The role entails inventory duties such as unloading and stocking as required, along with following company uniform and grooming standards.

Job Requirements
- Previous fast food or quick service restaurant experience is preferred but not required
- effective customer service skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments and respond appropriately to customer issues
- perform quick service restaurant duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter)
- operate cash register or point of sale devices as needed and use value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities
- verify the accuracy of fast food guests' orders
- prepare and package food and drink products
- clean kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas and utensils
- clean dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds
