Responsibilities include interacting with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored product recommendations, accurately handling cash transactions, maintaining clean and organized merchandise displays, participating in freight processing and plan-o-gram procedures, assembling products, and ensuring safety and care for poultry and birds in store. Additionally, Team Members may be asked to operate equipment such as forklifts and cardboard balers, subject to age restrictions.
