The role available is for a Crew Member who will primarily work early morning shifts from approximately 4 AM to 10 AM. This position involves baking bakery items such as bagels, muffins, and croissants, though no prior baking experience is required. Crew Members will also be responsible for arranging and tray up donuts and bakery items, ensuring the donut display case is filled attractively, and brewing and preparing all beverages served at the store. Another important part of the role is to get the store ready for opening by performing cleaning and organization tasks to maintain a clean and efficient work environment. This early shift is essential to ensure that the store opens on time with fresh products and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
