Job Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds for the duration of your shift
- Function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment

Job Duties
- The Baker is responsible for supporting the store in prep, production, execution, and organization of all baking and delivery needs, as well as contributing to a clean, organized, and successful kitchen
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Take customer orders, maintain fast, accurate service, and positive guest relations
- Answer customers’ questions and provide information of store’s policies and relevant procedures
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns
- Stepping into various roles when the store needs help such as baker, delivery, restocking
- Work as a team member to support other employees in their duties
- Follow the lead and direction of your General Manager
- Communicate challenges and successes
- Be respectful of all guests, employees, vendors, and supervisors

- Take ownership over tasks that are assigned to you
- Hold self to the highest standard of performance
- Be knowledgeable of and hold yourself to all Company standards

- Reading and understanding Crumbl recipes
- Measuring and combining ingredients using a mixer, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
- Decorating and displaying the finished product
- Testing ingredients and finished foods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality control
- Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
- Taking client information and ensuring that delivery is accurate and timely
- Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
- Process cash and credit card payments, refunds, gift cards, etc. in accordance with the company’s cash handling policy
- Operate kitchen equipment in an efficient and safe manner
- Ensure food quality meets company standards
- Ensure food storage and preparation meets company standards
- Stock and restock stations as necessary
- Help maintain the restaurant with regards to cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility
- Complete all training and re-training activities as assigned
- Attend mandatory meetings including staff meetings
- Perform opening and closing duties to Company standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor
- Maintain general knowledge of Crumbl: locations, transportation, management team, etc
- Comply with Company’s policies and procedures, as well as city, state and federal laws
- Function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
- Tolerance to temperature fluctuations
