Job Description
Top Dawg Tavern is a family-owned and operated full-service casual dining restaurant with a strong presence in the southeastern United States. Established in 2013, the restaurant has grown to six locations across Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. Known for offering lunch and dinner services seven days a week, Top Dawg Tavern provides a clean, family-friendly, and relaxed atmosphere where guests can enjoy classic American fare and quality service. Its growth and continued success are built upon a foundation of excellent food, warm hospitality, and a committed team of restaurant professionals.
We are currently seeking additional Back of House team members to support our kitchen operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and want to contribute to delivering quality meals. Back of House team members assist line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers with various kitchen duties to help maintain the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen. Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not mandatory, as Top Dawg Tavern values enthusiasm and a positive attitude, providing training to help team members develop their skills.
The position is typically offered as a part-time role, making it suitable for people seeking flexible work hours. Candidates with prior experience in line cooking, prep cooking, grill cooking, fry cooking, or other related back-of-house roles in casual dining or fast-paced settings are highly desirable. Job Requirements
- Experience is preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist line cooks with food preparation and cooking tasks
- Support prep cooks by chopping, slicing, and organizing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Wash dishes and kitchen utensils
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service
