Top Dawg Tavern is a family-owned and operated full-service casual dining restaurant with a strong presence in the southeastern United States. Established in 2013, the restaurant has grown to six locations across Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. Job Requirements

  • Experience is preferred but not required
  • Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in one or more relevant back of house roles
  • Ability to work part time
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen environment helpful but not required
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Job Duties

  • Assist line cooks with food preparation and cooking tasks
  • Support prep cooks by chopping, slicing, and organizing ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Wash dishes and kitchen utensils
  • Follow health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service
