The Team Member role is dynamic, involving cross-training to perform multiple tasks during shifts ranging from day, evening, or overnight schedules. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, designed to fit varied lifestyle needs. Team Members at Twice Daily are charged with engaging guests warmly, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and delivering outstanding food service. Day-to-day duties include welcoming guests, working as cashiers, hosts/hostesses, food service team members, prep cooks, or baristas. Employees learn to handle multiple tasks, maintain brand standards for cleanliness and food quality, resolve guest concerns promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere. We welcome candidates 18 years and older who are punctual, coachable, physically able to stand for entire shifts, and comfortable handling basic math and lifting inventory up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in convenience stores, retail, food service, or customer service is a plus, as is bilingual ability and flexibility with shift and weekend availability.

Job Duties
- Welcome every guest as they walk in the door
- Build lasting relationships with guests
- Deliver excellent foodservice by preparing and selling food items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Operate cash registers and manage transactions
- Provide food and drink samples and promote offerings
- Resolve guest issues and identify solutions
- Stock inventory and maintain kitchen equipment
- Participate in Made to Order programs
- Assist guests with kiosk orders and Loyalty Program enrollment
