Job Requirements

  • Reliable form of transportation
  • Ability to be reached by phone
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including any day or time
  • Ability to arrive on time and maintain good attendance
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
  • Ability to push or pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift
  • Knowledge and compliance with Wendy's safety and human resources policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in customer service or food handling is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaboratively solve problems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
