The role available is for a Pizza Hut Team Member reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager. This position is integral to the customer experience, as team members are the first point of contact for guests in the restaurant or drive-thru. Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, taking orders, handling payments, preparing food and drink orders, packing products, and ensuring the dining and work environment is clean and safe. The role demands a high standard of service, emphasizing consistent customer satisfaction, food safety, and order accuracy.

Additionally, team members are expected to maintain a neat appearance and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills. They should be proactive, willing to take initiative, and handle challenges such as resolving customer complaints swiftly while maintaining positive relations. Attendance and punctuality are critical, as is the ability to comply with operational procedures and company policies.

This position requires candidates to be at least 16 years old and able to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, cleaning, standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other duties that contribute to maintaining an efficient and welcoming restaurant environment. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stoop during 90% of shift
  • Basic business math knowledge
  • Ability to stock shelves and clean premises
  • Availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food service or customer service is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
