Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older to apply
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple service areas
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the restaurant
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Basic physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
Job Duties
- Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome
- Be cross-trained in a minimum of three service positions
- Multi-task and proactively complete tasks without waiting for instructions
- Stand for extended periods during shifts
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve goals
- Lift up to 50 pounds when required
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate dependability
