The Team Member position at Caribou Coffee is central to delivering the Caribou experience by focusing on guest satisfaction, product quality, and team support. This role entails providing unparalleled guest service by actively engaging with customers, developing ongoing personal relationships, and anticipating guest needs with enthusiasm and product knowledge. Team Members craft beverages by hand per Caribou's established procedures and prepare food offerings to the highest standards, ensuring consistent quality and customer delight. They seamlessly shift between barista duties and guest service responsibilities, managing cash transactions with accuracy and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Moreover, Team Members are expected to proactively think ahead to support team and guest needs, resolve routine problems independently, and ask for leader assistance when necessary. They uphold the Caribou Core Values in every task, bringing joy and positive energy to their interactions, embodying a learner's mentality, and demonstrating resilience and ownership in their role.

This position requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and weekends, with a minimum age requirement of 16 years. Physical demands include standing, sitting, reaching, speaking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending during shifts that typically last between 4 to 8 hours.   • maintains the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards
