Job Duties

Prepare menu items according to Tasty Chick'n standards and procedures
Follow specific recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency
Utilize appropriate cooking techniques and equipment
Adhere to proper holding times and temperatures
Rotate stock efficiently to minimize waste
Package food products securely and label when necessary
Conduct quality checks on finished products for appearance and taste
Wear complete and proper uniform while adhering to grooming standards
Maintain eye contact and engage warmly with customers
Follow cash handling and security protocols
Collaborate effectively with teammates and welcome coaching
Communicate positively with customers, colleagues, and managers
Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary
Follow guidelines for safe food handling
Maintain cleanliness in lobby, front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, storage areas, and restrooms
Ensure parking lot and exterior are litter-free and inviting
Participate in routine deep cleaning tasks
