The Team Member position at Tasty Chick'n is a critical role within the Operations Department, reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager or Manager on Duty. Classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this role involves hands-on participation in food preparation, hospitality, cleanliness, and overall customer service. The job requires a proactive approach to preparing menu items according to established guidelines that ensure flavor, portion control, and presentation standards are consistently met. Team Members must adhere to food safety protocols, including proper holding temperatures, sanitary handling, and packaging of food for both dine-in and takeout orders.
