Job Requirements

  • Less than high school education
  • Up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Knowledge of order processing systems
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Willingness to work in variable temperature and environmental conditions

Job Duties

  • Request customer order and use POS machine to record order and compute bill at front counter or drive through
  • Select requested food items from serving or storage areas and assemble items on serving tray or in takeout bag
  • Notify kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders
  • Serve hot/cold food, hot/cold beverages, frozen milk drinks, or desserts
  • Receive payment
  • Cook or perform other duties to prepare food, serve customers, or maintain orderly and clean eating or serving areas
  • Demonstrate a friendly and cooperative manner when dealing with every customer
