Job Requirements
- Less than high school education
- Up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Knowledge of order processing systems
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Willingness to work in variable temperature and environmental conditions

Job Duties
- Request customer order and use POS machine to record order and compute bill at front counter or drive through
- Select requested food items from serving or storage areas and assemble items on serving tray or in takeout bag
- Notify kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders
- Serve hot/cold food, hot/cold beverages, frozen milk drinks, or desserts
- Receive payment
- Cook or perform other duties to prepare food, serve customers, or maintain orderly and clean eating or serving areas
- Demonstrate a friendly and cooperative manner when dealing with every customer
