The Crew Person role involves performing designated tasks such as working efficiently at assigned stations, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, and managing guest interactions in a professional manner. In addition, this role involves routine cleaning duties, restocking, and assisting in minimizing restaurant costs through effective use of resources and cash control guidelines. Flexibility is important, as shifts may include opening and closing hours. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- enrollment in high school or equivalent
- reliable transportation
- ability to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- able to stand for long periods
- able to bend and stoop
- comfortable working around heat
- able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- able to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- minimum of 16 years of age
- must have reliable transportation to work
- must be able and willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
Job Duties
- Follow all company guest service guidelines and procedures
- take appropriate action to ensure all guests receive superstar service
- work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- clean and stock station area(s)
- perform other cleaning duties as assigned
- ensure that all guests receive hot, quality products
- prepare, package, and deliver all products according to menu standards
- handle all food products according to company procedures
- follow all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
- follow all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
- properly use all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
- demonstrate oral communication skills
- communicate effectively with various contacts
- perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
