In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of order accuracy using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit transactions responsibly, and addressing any guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Your role includes consistent communication with guests, making tailored menu recommendations, and ensuring that food presentation meets quality standards. You will also support a clean and sanitized environment by regularly cleaning the service line, dining area, and restrooms, particularly during busy peak times.

- bussing dining room area during peak volume periods
- rings orders accurately by using the point of sale system
- receives cash and credit card payments and issues receipts or change due to guests
- addresses guest needs and concerns as they relate to cash handling and order preparation
- frequently cleans the service line, restrooms, equipment, and dining area
- suggests appropriate flavor combinations and menu complements to enhance the quality of the guest experience
