The Team Member role at Vitaligent focuses on preparing high-quality products and delivering an exceptional guest experience. In this position, employees are empowered to act with a sense of ownership, utilizing tools such as Jamba and Vitaligent manuals to comply with brand and company standards. Daily tasks are assigned by the manager, but team members play a proactive role in ensuring compliance with product, service, and safety protocols.
This role requires delivering an engaging, high-energy guest service experience and clearly communicating product and brand information to guests. Team members are also responsible for adhering to Jamba’s BOOST service standards, ensuring every product is made to specification with proper portion control. The position demands strong teamwork, clear communication, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to change. Employees must follow all company policies and procedures and may have opportunities for growth into roles such as Training Mentor or Master of Blending Arts (MBA).
Operating within the store environment involves mastering multiple stations, faithfully adhering to food safety and security guidelines, and accurately handling cash transactions in compliance with Vitaligent policies. The job requires resilience, accountability, effective communication, and a results-driven approach. It provides a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a company that is passionate about health, community, and exceptional service.
Vitaligent values a diverse team and offers part-time and full-time positions, recognizing that employee needs and store requirements vary. While no formal education is required to join, team members must demonstrate reliable transportation, a minimum age of 16, and obtain necessary certifications such as a food handler’s card. The role is physically demanding with exposure to varying temperatures, frequent use of hands in water and sanitation tasks, and manual handling of items up to 40 pounds. However, it promises an active and rewarding work environment where employees are an integral part of promoting wellness and happiness.
