Job Requirements
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- must be at least 16 years of age
- must obtain food handler’s card
- must wear non-slip shoes
- part-time and full-time availability
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- willing to work in varying temperatures and exposure to allergens
- able to maneuver in walk-in coolers and freezers

Job Duties
- Deliver an engaging and high energy guest service experience
- clearly and accurately communicate product and brand information to guests
- comply with product, service, and safety standards
- foster an environment of teamwork
- communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately to aid shift operations
- follow all company policies and procedures
- may be considered for Training Mentor and Master of Blending Arts roles
- deliver exceptional guest service experience
- execute Jamba’s BOOST service standards
- consistently make and serve all products to specifications
- execute proper portion control with ingredients
- respond to directions accurately and timely
- adhere to food, safety, and security guidelines
- master each station in the store
- complete all required trainings
- operate cash register and handle cash transactions per Vitaligent policies
- perform other duties as assigned by General Manager
