As a fulltime or parttime Brand Ambassador team member at Smoothie King, you will play a crucial role in empowering guests to meet their fitness and nutrition goals. This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about health, fitness, and the brand itself. In this position, you will assist guests in selecting smoothies and retail products that inspire and support a healthy, active lifestyle. Your enthusiasm for the brand and your willingness to embrace new challenges will be key to your success and enjoyment in this role. Paid hourly between $11.50 and $12, this opportunity offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work on site, engaging directly with guests to ensure they have a memorable and positive experience.

Your daily responsibilities will include blending delicious, nutritious smoothies to meet guest preferences, ensuring that each smoothie order aligns with the guest's intended purpose, and greeting and engaging guests warmly to provide an inviting and friendly atmosphere. You will be responsible for properly prepping all ingredients, including fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids to maintain the high quality and freshness the brand is known for. Additional tasks will involve performing opening and closing duties, completing store checklist tasks diligently, and consistently demonstrating punctuality and readiness at work. A key part of your role will also be to embody and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King, contributing to a positive team environment and customer experience.
