The role involves engaging with customers, operating the cash register and drive-thru, preparing food orders, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and working with kitchen equipment including fryers and griddles. Crew members enjoy competitive weekly pay, starting at $13.50 per hour with the potential for higher earnings up to $17.40 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
