This particular role is an integral position within the Chuze Fitness team, centered on delivering outstanding hospitality and member engagement. The job offers a pay range of $18 to $19.37 per hour and involves various responsibilities aimed at cultivating a welcoming environment for current and prospective members. Key duties include greeting members with warmth, mastering phone etiquette, conducting tours, assisting with membership sign-ups, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the gym space. Additionally, team members might engage in point-of-sale transactions, resolve billing issues, and support members by sharing knowledge about amenities and fitness programs.
